I’ve lived here for 5 years and ever since EG took over - all they have done is add 8 extra charges to the rent (what is “community gas” and why am I paying for it when everything is electric?) and increase the rent $100 a month every year. We have been randomly charged for “laundry cards” we didn’t purchase because there is a single washer and dryer that really don’t even work - per single building of 12 apartments. AND they apparently lost everyone’s files who have lived here before they came - my ESA I have because of my PTSD - that we’ve had for 5 years apparently is no longer on file. As soon as they “realized” I have a cat- I stated she’s an ESA and they immediately began adding charges to our account before even getting a CHANCE to send a new letter from my doctor. They tried to send documentation for my psychologist to sign saying that she would have to appear in court to testify if they tried to fight it- and she obviously was not going to commit and sign that, so she sent her own letter - which legally is all she is required to do. And they are saying they’ve never received it. She wrote it in front me. They have over $1000 of fees for my ESA on our account that are PILING on late fees - they refuse to remove and keep charging us for, illegally. To the point I have to go through the Disability rights office - and am reporting them to the state of NH for this. I’ve talked to 4 different people with no help. They say “you can put in another request” it’s not a request, it’s completely illegal to charge for someone’s ESA when they have a letter from a psychologist- unless they are unreasonable like having a FARM ANIMAL in the apartment. They’re after money and don’t care who they’re hurting. Any communication to fix any problems gets looked over and ignored. Don’t move here unless you love getting scammed and ignored. Heat and hot water USED TO be included. We pay $1900 a month for 600sq ft of space with no upgrades or fixes to our apartment. We started out at $1350. Absolutely criminal.

I've just moved in and it was easy and very quick thanks to Mayson, who has been extremely responsive and helpful. My apartment is very cleanly set up with very nice appliances and lots of room between the dining area and living room area. The neighborhood seems pretty quiet so far also. I've only been here a few days but my first impression is very good.

I love living at ER. From the start, the team has been so welcoming and always willing to help with anything that comes up. They’re friendly, professional, and really make you feel like you’re part of a community. Shelly and Mayson do a great job. As a woman, feeling comfortable and safe in my home is important, and I’ve always felt that here. The staff is incredibly responsive, any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly, which I really appreciate. Special shout out to Tom and Cody. I’m so happy I chose ER 6 years ago, and appreciate all the effort the team puts into keeping it such a great place to live. Candace xo

Living at Eagle Rock has been a great experience. The team here is always friendly and truly cares about the residents. They’re quick to respond and go out of their way to help, which makes a big difference. I also want to mention the laundry situation since there seems to be a lot of negative reviews about it. It used to be a bit of a challenge, but the team really listened to our concerns and worked hard to get it fixed. It’s so nice to see that they take feedback seriously and make improvements that benefit everyone. I’m really happy to call Eagle Rock home and appreciate all the effort the staff puts into keeping the community running smoothly!

I’ve lived here for a couple of years and honestly wish I hadn’t. The laundry machines have been broken for the better part of a year and management refuses to fix them, leaving residents with no on-site options. Communication is non-existent — the property manager routinely ignores calls, emails, and requests, no matter how urgent. Issues are brushed off or left unresolved, and tenants are treated like an inconvenience rather than paying tenants. For the rent they charge, you’d expect at least the basics to be maintained, but instead you’re left with frustration and silence. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. There are plenty of places that actually care about their tenants — this isn’t one of them.
