NewStar Properties would post times the snow removal process would start and they would never be accurate. Any time we had an issue, they would be extremely disrespectful. But go ahead and give me yet another disrespectful reply that is irrelevant to the issues I had...

As a condo owner at Oak Bridge Condominiums, I thank New Star for the services provided. I find management responsive to requests in a timely way. A recent exterior repair was professionally completed within the specified time frame. The work was done with precision. The crew - Jim and Chris made a 5-star repair.

Stephano was very responsive and very informative on all of the units we looked at. He took time out of his day to show us 4 units and was very quick to go through the application process. We were approved in just 3 days. We really appreciate your help in getting us this awesome unit!

Tim Wege, the founder of this company....This on goes out directly to you, Sir! Congratulations!!!! Your company a giant scandal. I do want to give you credit for hiring an outstanding marketing representative that created your website. Everything that you claim your company stands for on your website has been the complete opposite of the person have shown yourself to be. You claim that condo owners , own 166th percent of every common area, “even the blades of grass” were your exact words. You state that the presidents of the condo association assign parking spots, the spot itself is a common area. Makes sense, we all own it and its fair to have designated spots. Those “spots assigned in the common area , we own 166th percent of them, each of us. Making that a portion of our private property. Our two parking spots where we park our vehicles in, are part ours. My elderly mother in law , who recently had surgery was not able to make it outside after the snow to move her vehicle for the plow company to plow her spot. To give you a better picture, there are shrubs on either side of her two parking spots. They are on the end and not attached to any other parking spots. Also there was about 3-5 inches of snow, not a big storm. Tim Wege had her truck towed!! out of her designated spot, instead of even knocking or calling to see if her car could be moved. Luckily she was home, but it was on the lift so she was charged $175.00 to put it down. There was an email sent out the day before not even 24hours before, with no times of when the company would be there to plow, just an email stating vehicles could be towed if they weren’t moved. Unfortunately she didn’t check her mail that night before bed or first thing in the morning. There is no centralized call or email sent out giving owners a time to move cars. There in fact never is. Snow storms in New Hampshire are so unpredictable that there is never a consistency of when the plow trucks can/cannot make it. There have been times where they have not shown until the next day following the storm. Now she has to pay a fee to the tow truck company , for not towing her car from her Designated parking spot that she owns a portion of!!! Her property!!! Hey TIM, why don’t you reach into your pocket and fit that bill? I’m sure with all the money you make off people, you wont even notice it being gone! But I can assure you that my mother in law will. Tim Wege does not care about the homeowners. I could go on for pages and pages about how they decided one day to take my mother in laws front stairs out, came to fix her deck and tore it down with a notice and a wrong date on it! The list goes on and on. Tim Wages refused to answer any questions I had, he repeats himself, dodges answering and talks circles. He has zero consideration or respect for homeowners. Blocked my number after I called him ONE TIME!!!!! I had another question and when I went to call back, he blocked me!!! It’s because he’s been called on his bluff, and doesn’t want to give himself up as the fraud he is! Horrible, awful no good company with a thieving founder, Tim Wage New Star Properties has such low stars for a reason. Not claimed on Yelp for a reason. Poor ratings ALL FOR A REASON!!! Listen to these ratings people!!! They are not lies!!!! This company is terrible all around. -5 Stars. Not worthy of continuing business. Shut this place down!!!!
