Not only didn’t get my deposit back of $500 but ended up owing over $200. I was charged $410 for paint and lived in a small studio. The apartment was cleaned upon moving out, the same thing happened to my friend living there, she ended up owing money on top of them keeping her deposit. The new manager Mark has not been great for the Landing

We’ve lived here for about 3 years but this will be my last year because of the new property manager mark Vanlaningham he looks for issues to attack us about n isn’t the nicest or understanding of issues n concerns he got a little bit of power n is abusing it he complains about everything even things the residents been doing here for years that isn’t bad HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED UNTIL HE IS I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE

Overall great experience. Blake the property manager was great, always available and very helpful with questions. Thinner walls, but the apartment itself was clean and new and very functional.

I’ve lived here for the last 6 months and I’ve noticed that the management has excellent customer service, fast and efficient maintenance, and great quality of care for tidiness of the building and landscape. Downtown is a thriving location with so much to do! WOULD RECOMMEND LIVING HERE 100%!

This morning absolutely crossed the line. After a single text notification I received at an odd time for me, I ran outside to try and move my vehicles to find that all 4 of my work vehicles were towed. all at once, 3 flat beds, planned No text, no knock on the door, the property managers know me by first name, they have been to my apartment, they know whos vehicles these are. They know I could have moved them If I knew. They chose to put a notice for the striping on just 2 random doors. I use door 9. There are clearly other doors. And if it's going to cost your tenant $840 to get the vehicles out of impound, and a day of their time chasing it down, maybe the property should take a second to inform its tenants what's going on. They seem almost excited to tow people out of the lot and start sending legal notices. The tow company they use knew the property manager well, by first name. They towed 8 vehicles. The property is well aware of who has vehicles in the lot or not. I have had many conversations with the property management about my business and how I use my vehicles. since beginning my lease, which is barely at 6 months, I have had to relocate all of my vehicles or equipment so that they can do maintenance or repair on the facility 5 times. its not easy to just rehome multiple vehicles for an hour for them, that's why i pay to rent a space for them. the property manager told me to wait for a different property manager, the other manager came, and locked me out of the office. I was told by the second manager that they weren't going to talk to me unless the police were there to mediate. I said that's fine i'd already called them because I felt like I was being harassed. Police say its completely a civil issue. Wants nothing to do with it. So if they want to treat their tenants like that, then their potential tenants should know the issues. They are trying to pretend that they don't know who's vehicles they are or how to get ahold of me. Both of these people have come to my apartment to talk to me. I have had conversations with them from my vehicle and I work outside their window every day. I have felt harassed since I moved in. They also wont give you any notice if they are going to work NEAR your unit. so you may wake up one morning to a construction member watching you sleep. or someone crawling around the awnings. pictures included. They put sensors under your sink and BEHIND the washing machine. They go off for no reason, at odd times, and they are crazy loud. they last a long time and the only way to turn them off is just unplug them. that was managements recommendation. These sensors; if they sense moisture will also alert their "maintenance staff" and it automatically creates a order for them. allowing them access to your home without notice. So the sensors knowingly dont work, but they also grant full access to your home. Furnaces either had issues or failed on several units and there was days I had no heat. I tried to make a maintenance ticket for myself but they had already started one to replace all the furnaces anyway. So I had to wait. In the meantime they gave me space heaters to use. Which I did, but they also didn't mention that the electricity is the only thing in the utilities that aren't averaged across the building. So when I got my first utility bill, 3 months late in April, It had massive charges for the electricity. From the space heaters they told me to use. When I asked how this didn't get noted or asked about they told me "they thought I might be mining bitcoin". So they clearly see these things, and don't actually manage it. I have asked to have something looked at or serviced I get a letter or a note with a bad attitude telling me I'm doing it wrong. When I inquired about why the heated dry cycle doesn't work on my brand new dishwasher, the answer was "because the dishes were dirty". I am still without my vehicles and equipment. trying to figure out the logistics of this, while the vehicles rack up $200 a day in impound fees because they were parked in the lot I pay to use
