- RWRichard WalshFeb 11, 20251.0I lived there for almost three years and it was way too loud. There are people outside yelling all night long and hot rods driving up and down Broadway all night long. They also charge a premium for a small apartment, no heated garage, and very little recreational facilities. When you move out they take your deposit because "you put nail holes in the walls". Now that $500 for a few nail holes! Go to West Fargo. You will get better apartments and much more for your money. Try "Eagle Ridge".
