  BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU MOVE OUT. When we moved out at the end of our year long lease, we had hired a professional carpet cleaner and cleaned the apartment ourselves. We did not fight the $400 charge to patch and repaint the walls, since we hung stuff up during our lease, but that seemed like a steep price to us since we did not put holes in the wall bigger than a nail to hang pictures. But the $500 they charged us to REPLACE the carpet, we did fight. When we reached out to discuss it with the Property Manager, we were told we'd receive a call back (two separate times), which we never did. Instead, she sent an email with pictures with no offer to further discuss the security deposit. When I responded to that asking why we weren't told about the carpet being replaced when I had reached out 3 times to her since our lease had ended and heard nothing, she decided to contact her boss and have her email us instead of handling the issue herself or simply calling us back. The carpet was replaced without any notice to us and with no option to have the company we used return to re-clean the carpets. It was only after the fact that they had told us it was being replaced and sent over pictures of the reasons for it to be replaced (another attached picture). This place is very nice looking on the surface, but it was not worth the headache.

  Great little spot downtown. Has a community indoor club room and patio with a couple full size grills and gas fireplace. Has heated underground parking and in-unit washer/dryers. There is also a dog run and big commercial bathing tub with dog force dryer. Only thing it’s missing would be a fitness/exercise room, but there are a couple workout spots within walking distance. Kelli was great for move in process.

  Lived here for a year and a half. The building itself is nice and safe once you're inside. The second you step outside prepare to be harassed by bums. A stabbing occurred literally right outside the front doors back in August. Another stabbing around the corner a few weeks later. People shooting up drugs on the benches on the corner of the block. Also they charge you $450 to paint the walls when you move out, so prepare to lose your entire deposit.
