  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tanya Decker and her team are absolutely incredible! She truly deserves the title “Doctor of Mortgage” there’s no problem she can’t solve. What impressed me the most was how quickly everything moved; we were cleared in just 10 days! Whenever someone else said no, Tanya said yes and made it happen. Her knowledge, professionalism, and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I can’t recommend Tanya and her team enough they go above and beyond for their clients!

  We worked with Tanya and her team and they were able to do a working escrow after closing. this working escrow is unique because it could be completed after the closing date on an FHA loan. The work she did finding a lender that allows to close so that we could get into the home right away was nothing short of a miracle given that we were moving from WAY out of state with an offer letter for a job, but no pays stubs to prove that income. Basically moving on a promise/a wing and a prayer. This lender she found also offers renovation loans on conventional which allows the work to be completed after closing. This could be built into the loan or can be funded by the sellers. Drew Wierson was our real estate agent that got us in touch with Tanya after what seemed like dead end after dead end of speaking to brokers that basically said this move wasnt gonna happen with the resources we had. It was an absolute blessing to work with Tanya and Drew. You get more than just people in the real estate business with them, you get a solid support team through the rollercoaster ride it can be of purchasing a home. We dont plan on moving again but IF we do I will work with no one else other than Tanya and Drew.
