First and foremost, Patty at least made the process workable and we made it through mostly unscathed. Our situation was unique, essentially having to do multiple loans. Patty came to us through a real estate referral and from the moment we first spoke, I knew we were in good hands. Patty has a great personality, is knowledgeable about her work product, and she works to share her knowledge and make you feel comfortable. I was impressed with how she helped formulate a sound strategy and even though it was stressful, it worked and we got it done. I’m thankful we found Patty and if I’m in the market for another loan any time soon (hopefully not) I will be calling Patty. And if not another loan, I will definitely be calling to say hello.
