  Staff is almost impossible to get a hold of. Staff doesn’t respond to emails. My A/C broke in December 2022 took almost 2months to replace. Currently all washing machines are out of service for almost 3 weeks tried to get an answer as to when they would be back in service couldn’t get a response. Overall this complex has gone down hill since Hawthorn owned it

  They ask you to write a review on their site right when you move in, so most of those are positive. However, after a month of living here i started having major issues. I came home to my toilet leaking at the base and through the wall to my living room. I was displaced that night at 11pm and told to pay up front for a hotel, that they would later reimburse me for. I Went to check on my dogs and cat the next day and found a huge hole drilled through to the foundation, dust covering all of my belongings and in the nose and eyes of my animals. I took them with me and asked for plastic to be put up. On day four i was told i could return to my apartment. Dust was still covering everything and the hole in my floor was covered by plywood. I told them i would not be returning until my clothes were dry cleaned (we have to pay to use the laundry facility) and my apartment was terminally cleaned by professionals. I had to pay out of pocket again for the dry cleaning. After ten days i was told everything was finished. Nothing was put back in its proper place and the toilet was still sitting in the shower. My handgun was also missing after i came back, which i had to make an insurance claim and police report about. A month later the water pressure was terrible so i filed a maintenance request and they dug up the foundation two days before thanksgiving, two days before my family was supposed to visit from Ohio. It was 7 days for that project to be completed and it rained in that time so my family had to wade through a puddle to get in and out of my apartment. We had a hurricane in September and the blue tarps are still on our roofs in January. There was no search for water damage and I’m just now seeing mold on my ceiling. I was accused of my dog barking uncontrollably when in reality it was the apartment behind me. This apartment has just been nothing but a nightmare since i moved in and i can’t wait to move out.
