I really enjoy living here. The location is amazing and being so close to my grandson’s favorite park means a lot to me. Maintenance is always on top of things and does a great job, and we had a recent change in office staff and they have just been absolutely amazing, friendly, polite, and welcoming which is hard to find in apartments communities. Overall, this has been a great place to live at and truly feels like home.

SECOND EDIT: They have now changed it to have the correct current manager's name on it as of 1/11/26. EDIT AFTER RESPONSE FROM OWNER BELOW: This is obviously a copy and paste response to my review because to my knowledge Christina U. Has not worked here for 2 months or so. This further proves my point that the management here doesn't care. Not even enough to re-read their own reply to make sure it has the current manager's name in it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Do NOT move here. It has been such a heartbreaking and stressful disappointment. I've thought for about two weeks about leaving a review but I decided it's time due to the dismissiveness of the current property manager. When we moved here in 2024, we LOVED it. We had no issues, the office was very open to communication when we moved in, and the amenties and atmosphere were great. But we then realized how fooled we were. Since the time we moved in we have gone through 2 (possibly 3) managers, had several noise complaints, and amenities not being available (or working properly) just to name a few. These apartments are cheaply built and you can hear your neighbor sneeze through the wall. The most recent issue we had, we went and spoke to the manager who was incredibly dismissive to us and made it very clear she wasn't even listening and just wanted us out of her office. This complex has turned into a joke and we are desperately racking our resources to get out of our lease. We dont think we can take another year of this place. Do NOT move here.

would’ve done 0 starts but unfortunately that’s not an option. sad to say we lived here for 2 years and loved it up until our move out time frame came around. called to inquire about our move out expenses because we are being charged to have a wall primed that we painted, AFTER I was told that as long as I primed it before move out, we would be good. I confirmed this information at time of move IN and right before move OUT. second, several weeks before we moved out our fridge broke (after months of having issues with it in general) and we were told by the maintenance manager to unplug it to prepare for a new one. we went almost 2 full days without communication around this, while our food was going bad. we were finally told later in that 2nd day that a new one was being overnighted. when I expressed my concerns to Christina, the property manager, about our loss of food due to what the maintenance manager told me to do, she seemed empathetic and said she would do what was needed to make sure we were reimbursed for what we lost. never got any communication about that, and guess what! she doesn’t work there anymore. now there is no validity to my words since she’s gone. instead of using common sense, the leasing agent Elsea left the phone unmuted and I heard everything that was said when she stepped away from the phone. she told the other person in the office that “no offense but I don’t care..” while the other person agreed with her, and continued to say negative things about what I was calling about and how it didn’t matter. another sad thing about this complex, after Helene, we were forced to pay rent for a unit that was unlivable. guess how long it took them to finally reimburse us for the time we physically could not live there… 6 months. sadly the only reason they finally issued refunds was probably due to a flood of complaints. I have already contacted their regional manager by phone to formally complain, but I wouldn’t recommend this community to anyone at this point.

I LOVED this place in the beginning, but my mind has been changed entirely after a year of living here. They tried to raise our rent $130 a month to renew our lease on a 1 bed 1 bath. Weirdly enough, we were allowed to negotiate with them down to only $70 a month increase. The leasing manager stated that this was typical. Basically, if you hope to stay there a couple years, you can expect to pay the price of a 2 bed just to stay in your 1 bed home. Between the constant management emails full of oddly specific warnings about what people are doing (at least we’re up to date on the apartment drama), the trash valet service I pay for but don’t use because I’m afraid of being evicted for not following the exact pickup instructions (yes, they actually can evict you), and the trash compactor being constantly broken and disgusting—all while advertising “luxury”—it’s become an expensively disappointing experience. The pool’s opening being delayed for the third time was also a nice slap in the face while signing that extended lease, as if I wasn’t already upset enough. In the end, these are problems I can tolerate—they’re not that big of a deal. But paying $1,700 a month with utilities for a one-bedroom (not including the power bill), all while knowing the next lease extension will almost certainly bring another 7% increase, is both disappointing and anxiety-inducing. And if you’re feeling trapped in your lease? Good news—you can always go month-to-month for the incredible value of $4,000 a month. What a steal!
