  So my boyfriend and I are planning on starting a business in statesville nc. We have been looking at the building on S. Center st for a really long time. We called them more than once to get information about the building, only to be told that we would have to wait for Mr. Holland to return, we gave them our information and it has been about a week. My boyfriend and I decided to stop by and get some information on the building ourselves. When we walked in "The owner" was standing right there and looked as if he saw a ghost. He looked so petrified. All we wanted was more information about the bulding and to set up a day to come view it. He didn't realize that it was 2 African Americans and we are both in our 20s but no information was given only the fact that 2 other people where wanting to it. He claimed up and down that he forgot to "call us" BUT if it was only 3 people how did you forget? Thats very unprofessional like. He never once showed interest in wanting us to buy a building but then he gave us another option for a cheap building. Which is not what we asked for. So to you sir, we were actually ready buy a building, prices didn't matter to us. We are young African Americans but you underestimated us. So therefore I hope you learned your lesson. Have a blessed day and we well take our business else where
