- MDMonifa DavisFeb 21, 20251.0This company is a scam they are all liars. My husband and I rented from them for 2 yrs never gave them any problems. We never complained about anything besides the heat issues we were having. We moved out because they kept going up on our rent. When we moved they held our security deposit for basic wear and tear. They charged us for recaulking paint retouch deep cleaning and a few other things which I thought was insane. They even tried to charge us for the inspector coming out 2x how is that when they sent him our while we were moving out and then again after we left. It's been past 30 day so a lawyer can't even help us at this point. Zhara, leigh, and Qasim your days is coming you guys are all thief's. This is a photo of the break downs and they know what they are charging us for is way over priced. Had I know they would have been this dirty I would have destroyed the property to get my money worth. You guys have probably done this before to plenty of tenants and no one has probably complained but every platform I can complain and report you, I will trust and believe.
