There are a number of things I could mention but I wanted to leave a review specifically for the maintenance team here. I have moved a significant number of times in my life and without question the maintenance here has been the best by far. In my experience here, issues have been responded to and addressed in well under 24 hours each time. Even for seemingly more involved issues such as HVAC troubleshooting and resolution, the responsiveness, communication and solution have all been handled extremely quickly and transparently. Generally speaking, most apartment communities are relatively similar with respect to amenities, features, discounts and pricing, etc. But in my experience, the maintenance is one thing that stands out big time here. The maintenance staff deserves five stars without question. Specifically I'd like to thank CJ, Tim and Jorge for everything over the past year!
