From Becky in the office, to CJ leading the maintenance team, they stand ready to help in any matter. The location in the historic Village District offers a short walk to the best dinning and shopping that Raleigh has to offer. If you’re looking to move to the Raleigh area or simply looking for a new apartment in Raleigh, I highly recommend The Maggie at 401 Oberlin.

Then try to charge me a fee for leaving trash can in the hall. Charged delivery fees for packages they don’t even bring to my room - I have to pay $20 every time I get a package to walk up to the front to get it Pushiest sales person at the front desk ever too - Tatiana i think Was signing lease , pulling up bank account , and she asked me to make a payment 15 times within no joke 3 minutes Don’t know how to do business
