- HSH SwinsonJul 27, 20253.0Be aware this is not a true 55+ community if you want no kids. We as residents don’t have kids but the surrounding neighborhoods do. They use our community as a gateway. On scooters, motorbikes, ATWs. They fly through here like a play ground and even use the common storage as a dirt park. Not sure but that’s why we moved to a 55+ to not have that or kids running around. MANY residence are unhappy and feel as though they have been Misled. Many calls have been made to the sherif. Also be aware there is a road coming through the neighborhood Adjacent to us, and they cut through. Just need all the facts!

We were looking for a 55+ community that offered basic amenities, as we just don’t use clubhouses or pools that drive up those HOA fees. We found what we are looking for in Baxter Station. We are looking forward to single floor living with a beautiful large yard for our dogs and some elbow room! Noel was wonderful through the sales process and was always available for any questions we had( which were a lot!)
