The maintenance staff is more than willing to help with any issue you may have and quickly resolve them. Not to mention the lake access and how peaceful it is at the waterfront. Would recommend to anyone!

The office staff is so kind and helpful and the maintenance staff is quick to help if you need something fixed. The gym is great and the wifi lounge, with pool table is a blast. The pool is so fun with grills and fire pit! And the best thing is the neighbors are so nice and it's quite! 😊

From any maintenance issues, to questions or concerns, they are first class all the way. After reading through the reviews I can tell you in all of my 4 years here Ive never witnessed any of the negative. If you aren't happy here, then chances are you won't be happy anywhere, and I have been a resident at 5 different complexes in the Charlotte area.
