- RRRavenJonaeNov 3, 20251.0Been here a month… Made a Complaint about my upstairs neighbor stomping slamming and screaming past “quiet hours” and was completely disregarded and was told if I didn’t want people above to pay an extra 500$ and to just call the police and make report when , They say they Courtesy officer on call for these type of things but when the number is called nobody answers , when I called the leasing office today the assistant manger said she would give me the direct number to courtesy officer in a email but never did . Instead of asking me for 500$ how about try harder in contacting the people above . Not only I can’t sleep at night due the noise above but whenever having guest over they complain as well

Touchup paint on interior walls of the hallways and breezeways looks like it was painted by a preschool class. The interior stairs are dirty. Find somewhere else. There are new apartments on almost every corner, get a new property.

The amenities are top tier- fully equipped fitness center, co-working spaces, and several community lounges that are perfect for relaxing or entertaining with friends. One of the standout features is the location. Nestled in the heart of RTP, it’s ideal for professionals working at one of the major employers with easy access to I-40 and RDU airport. Despite the convenience, it still feels tucked away from all the hustle and bustle, offering a quiet and peaceful environment. The maintenance team are very responsive, with most work orders completed same day. The office team goes above and beyond to create a welcoming community with regular resident events and thoughtful touches throughout the year. I have had family and friends utilize the guest suite in the community and the convenience of being able to have them in the same complex is next level.
