  Over the 3 years we have been here this place has gone downhill. We are on our 4th management company, two weeks ago the manager and assistant manager left, tenants got no emails or notices that they left, we heard from other tenants, word of mouth, that we were getting another management company. Over the last few days the front door has broken and we can’t get in even after sending an email and phone messages regarding this issue. The hallways inside are filthy, along with the stairwells , dust , cobwebs, hairballs, the rugs are disgusting and stained, the elevator floors are filthy and cobwebs all over coming in to the elevators from the garage. The interior hallways were painted finally about 4 months ago.. Dog poop all over , the last management team used to have someone come maybe once a month, the last team. you had to call and notify them . Construction of an apartment complex , which used to be woods and open grass , inside our complex is going on for the last 4 months. Last week they started working before 6:00am. Unless you are on the fourth floor you hear the tenants above you walking around. Stay away!!

  I’ve loved living here at the lake the last 2.5 years. It was the 8th apartment complex I visited for “Lake Norman” and after doing my tour with Antonio, I knew this was the place I wanted to live! The giant first floor balcony and access to the lake were key selling points for me. I love the ease of paddleboarding, and enjoy the gym, pool and rooftop terrace. Antonio, Jessica, Michelle, Terry and Troy have all been awesome to work with, and make this a better place to live! Antonio continues to be my go-to resource whenever I need anything.

  Love living here!! Everything about it has been amazing, from the excellent staff in the office, to the units, and amenities!! Its like living in a resort!!

  I've been meaning to leave this review for months and am finally getting around to it. Simply put, there is not a better community, property, or staff in the Charlotte Metro Area. This is not hyperbole, it is simply put, A FACT. Jessica, Michelle, Antonio, and the maintenance staff are quite simply, amazing. They're all incredibly friendly, and extremely helpful for anything a resident needs. They all will stop you just to chat. Anytime a maintenance issue arrises it's handled promptly and solved just as promptly. The grounds are incredibly well kept -especially the dog park, considering they just installed sod to give your fur-babies a softer surface to run on. The neighbors are friendly and always out and about. Honestly, the community feels more like a resort than it does an apartment community. My only couple small complaints.. There's no car-washing station -not even a hose that takes a couple parking spaces, so no washing cars or rinsing off dogs from the inevitable lake time that occurs. Also, The buildings are INCREDIBLY sound proofed, you hear nothing outside except extreme circumstances, and you hear nothing from your side neighbors, however, the upstairs are another story. You hear the upstairs neighbors move everywhere, and if they have kids or pets, forget it, they sound like they're coming through the ceiling any minute. Seriously, if you're looking for luxury, amenities, an active community, and a staff that truly cares, there is not a better place anywhere close!!!
