To those who complain about noise from your neighbors I would like to say when an individual decides to chose apartment living that is a factor for you to think about before you make that decision. Among other things to think about is parking I know we are explained where to park when we sign our lease. It is explained if we have guest visiting we have a nice large parking area by our club house for our guest to use. NOT letting your guest or yourself to ride onto the grassy area or park or parking jet ski’s in the dirt ( think appearance and class) Ask your guest and the individual towing jet skis to park in the proper parking spot. I picked The Osprey because of the apartment size ,appearance of the grounds and the staff. Jessica, Michelle and Antonio who have made my 3 years amazing in so many ways. Mostly professionalism and class. Oh! One more thing the Maintenance crew! All I can say about them is quick to respond, professional will pretty much will do anything you ask. Terry,Troy and George a BIG hats off to you three!!! So, Thank you to all the staff at the Osprey it’s a 5 star rating……
