  The Parker Leland Apartments in Leland NC, are truly exceptional apartments! I moved in October 7th and it’s been such a great experience. When first searching for apartments in Leland, this apartment complex is the only one with a Veteran discount on top of affordable rent which we all know is out of control. The apartments are near an urgent care and pharmacies. Local grocery stores to either pick up or have delivered. The owner of these apartments thought very well of their tenants with all the external easily accessible stores, healthcare and other businesses nearby. The apartment complex internal amenities have a pool, grilling areas, playground, trash dumpster if you need to take your boxes, etc., but another amenity is the trash concierge. The apartments have washer and dryer with plenty of space in the apartment for all your household goods! It’s beautiful here! The manager, Amanda and Caleb, the office/rental assistant were the ones who helped me when I first started looking to move. The Brunswick County Riverwalk, Farmers Market and many local beaches are so close, it’s awesome. Come give them a look, you won’t regret it!

  My daughters live here and the apartments are beautiful all the everyone that works there are amazing the only thing that is missing is a dog park that's the only thing that keeps me from moving from where I'm at now we have a dog park and a place where you can wash your dog pets to me is just like family and they also pay rent every month so I think it will be nice for them to have a place they can enjoy as well but everything and everyone is amazing 👏 🤩

  The Parker of Leland is such a great experience. I have lived at other apartment complex’s in the last 5 to 6 years. And the other places can’t even compete with the staff here. I first met the property manager Amanda and she was so welcoming. She was the reason why I chose to come here. Along with great staff MacKenzie and Caleb. Beautiful apartments, brand new, BIG kitchens and most importantly for me is safety. I immediately felt very safe. I waited about 5 months to write this recommendation, as to give a very fair evaluation. And what I love about Amanda and her staff is that they are very much on top of things. They go above and beyond to try to accommodate for any problems or issues. I’ve never had that experience with other Mgr’s till I came here. I’d give 100 stars if I could

  I just wanted to say if you are looking for an amazing apartment complex I would highly recommend The Parker Leland. The staff there is amazing and knowledgeable. The property manager Amanda has really outdone her self! The amenities are great as well. Very pleased!

  I am so thankful for the Parker and its amazing staff. Every person has been such a pleasure to work with since I moved in about 2 months ago. Amanda (the manager) is on top of everything and even thought of my cat with my welcome bag. I have never lived in a place that would provide a cat toy instead of the standard dog toy. Caleb and MacKenzie are also incredible. Everyone goes above and beyond to help you feel at home.
