- BBBethany BushSep 27, 20255.0I absolutely love Leland Station!! The apartments are upgraded and so nice but what really makes this community stand out is the staff in the office. Tre is an amazing property manager who goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of and you can tell he genuinely cares! The whole team is friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer questions as well. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

If i didn’t have to move due to my circumstances i would stay longer. Definitely a good place to stay 11/10 would recommend. honest words here 🤭🤭

Any maintenance requests were done promptly . He made the move out process seamless and stress free . It’s rare to find a property manager that genuinely cares about the tenants, but Tre does. I highly recommend this place. The attached garage was an added bonus.

Tre has been on top of issues that occur plus making some needed routine maintenance updates since he has arrived, which was neglected last year. Tre is very professional and helpful if I have a concern. The complex has been well maintained by Mike property maintenance who is very professional and courteous when doing maintenance in my unit. Leland Station Apartments is a quiet & safe complex to reside in. You’re also close to shopping, restaurants, & Wilmington.
