  Coming from California with my husband as a military family member who had no idea how things were done in North Carolina in terms of purchasing a home, Alesia made the process extremely smooth and easy for us. Alesia helped us find our beautiful home in Sneads Ferry since that was the location my husband and I had decided to stay in. Alesia heard all the requirements we wanted in our home and she nailed it. Not only did Alesia help us with finding the perfect home, but she negotiated for us to get the best price!   Alesia was a phenomenal support during the entire selling process. I was selling my prior family home that had become a rental property after a recent divorce and Alesia put me at ease from our first meeting. I live in another state and the home needed repairs. Alesia helped me work with local contractors; she met them at the site when work needed to be bid or complete, and she worked with the renters to ensure access and minimal disruption. She is an excellent communicator, and I don't think the sale of my property would have gone as smoothly without her helping navigate and manage all of the things needed even down to helping with the deed research and communication with the closing attorney. We received multiple offers and Alesia kept me informed as we negotiated every step of the final deal. I am forever grateful for her assistance on helping me move on to my next chapter in life and I feel confident with Alesia's help, the new owners of my prior home are quite happy with the purchase as well.
