We absolutely love the friendly service of the staff. They residents are great neighbors. This has been a lovely place to live for both my friend and her little dog. She is so happy here! And an extra heartfelt "THANK YOU" to Liz for going above and beyond for her residents. ❤️

Elizabeth was exceptionally helpful, professional, and courteous of our time as she showed us the apartment. She demonstrated great attention to detail by taking photographs and informing us that any issues would be addressed with a work order prior to our move-in. She assisted us in resolving application errors and ensured our comfort before our departure. Moreover, she provided a thorough tour of the apartment we were interested in. I sincerely appreciate the time she dedicated to assisting us and her willingness to facilitate an immediate move-in given our circumstances.

Be prepared for lots of roaches!!!!!!!!! The big and small ones. They are everywhere! Inside of the apartments and at the trash compactor. At night, I have seen rats and mice. I had a dead mouse on my patio. There are lots of stray cats on the property! I even had kittens on my patio numerous times. When I would walk through the breezeway at night, I had to be careful due to the random cats that would run through the bushes. I told the office staff numerous times but nothing was ever done. The bushes by the apartment building stayed growing wildly. I had to contact the office staff numerous times and ask them to tell the grounds crew to cut it back so that I didn't have to walk sideways through the breezeway. The grounds are definitely not kept up. When you first move in, definitely do a thorough inspection inside of the apartment because I was told mine was move in ready only to find out that one of the bedrooms didn't have any blinds at the windows, the back screen door did not lock at all, the previous tenant left a disgusting pile of firewood on the patio that had cigarette butts all in it, part of the flooring was coming up in the living room and laundry area, and the hole to connect to the dryer was molded and literally falling out of the wall. I told the office staff and I was blamed to why my dryer wasn't working. I went back and forth over a month to have the issue looked at. I had to go to the laundromat to do laundry because the laundry facilities on the property are disgusting. Over the years, I had to buy another dryer. I paid to have Lowe's delivery install it and they would not hook my dryer up to the connection because they said the connection was a fire hazard (which is what I told the office staff during move in and my concern was completely ignored). KEEP RECORDS OF EVERYTHING!!!!! When I moved out, I did a walk through with the manager (Natasha) and property manager (Brianna). Due to all the issues that I had while I was living there, I took a video of the connection in which I left the apartment. I was charged for four sets of blinds because they said they were all broken up. They sent the pictures to my email and I could tell that was not the apartment in which I resided in. I told them the information was not correct and the pictures that were sent to me was not the blinds that was in my apartment. I went back and forth with the office staff for days regarding this issue. When you move in, they do not require a water bill for 3 months!!!! Which means when you move out, you will have a balance on your account for 3 months of water. I PAID MY BALANCE IN FULL and was still contacted by a debt collection agency because they received an account for me due to non payment. I had to contact the office and ask why this was happening when I paid the balance in full. They do not double check their system. So you must or else, you will be double paying things. Yes, at the time, the tour was nice but I didn't tour the actual apartment that I lived in. I have seen lots of reviews that the tour is nice. Don't be fooled by the tour, read the reviews of what happens after the tour and you actually move in. Again, be prepared for lots of big AND small roaches.

Roaches. Rats. Spiders. Nasty sidewalks (I fell when it was winter when the concrete iced over because these sidewalks aren't regularly pressure washed. I've asked so many times for them to pressure wash the main sidewalk coming from the stairs and you can literally see where they stopped at. I bought my own pressure washer just to clean my balcony). The "grass" is nasty- where there is grass at. It's mostly just dirt. The grounds are so gross. The parking lot is abysmal. No assigned spaces for the residents so expect to walk if you get here after 5pm. The grills are nasty. My cabinets are wonky and don't shut all the way. I've had maintenance in here soooo many times for the popcorn ceiling falling off. There has been a leak at my front door that has ruined my outdoor rugs since move in. My AC unit went out 3 times and it was finally replaced early this year. My toilet and shower constantly clog and won't flush when it rains. Someone was caught by my partner at 4am trying to get into unlocked cars. The windows- I won't even open because there's so many spider webs all over them that I don't wanna bring that inside. There are paint drips all over the flooring all throughout my apartment. I've used goo-gone and a scraper to try and get it all up. The ladies in the leasing office are condescending. Anytime I bring something to their attention they want proof. I give proof then nothing happens. I hate that I spend over $1400 a month here and I feel like I live on MLK. The gym is outdated. The laundry center is horrible and I'm still out $5 from trying to do laundry the weekend my dryer went out. The bridges throughout the property are all broken and unstable and I have gotten more than one splinter on the stairway to the parking lot because the wood is all chipped and broken. You pay for pest control monthly yet you have to REQUEST for it. They do NOT come weekly. I have a camera at my front door and at the back of my apartment and I've yet to see pest control out here "weekly." The amount of roaches at the dumpster and outside my apartment in the breezeway attests to that. The gate at the tennis court doesn't close and lock. The gazebo is nasty as well. Now, why 3 stars? Because I enjoy that my dog is welcome. I enjoy that there is a dog park- although it's nasty too. I enjoy how close I am to everything! I enjoy having a balcony with storage. I enjoy that I have a pool to go to. I enjoy how I don't feel like I'm "in" the city from by backdoor. I enjoy that there aren't constant inspections and bombardment from the property managers. I also love my neighbors. So- location and accommodation leads me to a 3-star. I don't feel that I get what I pay for. I don't feel cared about as a resident. I don't like showing people where I live because I'm literally embarrassed of the grounds. But- they are a zero deposit community and that is a saving grace for people like me that had to restart in their 30's. If you move here- prepare to do a lot of detailed cleaning often, bring your own pest control spray, get used to walking and become best friends with your phones camera. I've been holding off on making a review for a year now in hopes that I'd see improvements but alas and alack- nothing has been done. I've brought my concerns to the leasing office more than once and I was treated poorly. I will say- maintenance is great at responding quickly, they just don't effectively fix the issue most of the time. It's typically a band-aid.
