- LSLily SandovalNov 14, 20252.0Sadly, we feel a bit scammed. The application process was confusing from the start. After completing all the steps and paying the required fees, our application was rejected. We were told it was due to paperwork issues, so we resubmitted everything as instructed — only to be rejected again. When we called to ask for an explanation, we were simply told that “it is what it is.” It feels like they just took our money even though we followed every requirement carefully. The only reason I’m not giving one star is because the new front desk employee was very kind and professional — unlike the rest of the experience.

He was also very transparent in answering all of my questions! ( Which I love!) He also kept me laughing throughout the entire tour. Overall, he created a very welcoming experience.
