- KMki mcJun 22, 20201.0I am very displeased and disappointed in the service at Wells Fargo after working with Inez Sanchez. From the very beginning I did not feel like a valued potential customer. After being left on hold and told by her granddaughter I was on hold, miscalculating, not responding to calls or text for days, taking days to respond or keep track with paperwork, and not even having the courtesy to inform me I was denied. I mesaged and got no reply waited days more and she finally responds. This is sad especially when she is one of two people in town right now doing the FHA program. I went with Wells Fargo because I know the name but I suggest you go with Sam at Acopia instead.
