We will def be putting this place at the top of our list once we iron out the details of our move!

From the beginning, we have faced constant problems: cockroaches, excessive humidity, ceiling stains, and a musty smell that has never been resolved. The air conditioning did not work properly for a long time, and when they installed an AC extension, it was running all day, resulting in an electricity bill of nearly $300 completely unexpected and not covered or resolved by management. Additionally, the dishwasher has never worked despite multiple repair requests. The carpet in the apartment has always smelled bad and had pre-existing stains, and management never addressed it despite being informed. The stairs are broken, and the building does not feel safe, especially while being pregnant. The neighborhood is also unsafe; we’ve experienced attempted thefts and vandalism, and a neighbor has harassed residents without any action from management. The staff has never been helpful or responsive, and reported issues are simply not resolved. Living here has been stressful, unsafe, and unsatisfactory. I do not recommend these apartments.
