  Doesn’t answer office or cell number to speak over the phone. Responses via email or text are short and not very professional. My last message asking questions about a home on Stephanie’s website wasn’t ever answered so I found another property group and was able to get a house rented in the same week.

  I have worked with several realtors throughout the years and Megan has been by far the best one I have ever met. She was very knowledgeable and genuinely cared about what was in our best interests. I have used Megan to sell two of my houses and plan on using her to buy and sell any future properties in North Carolina. In fact, I have land I will be looking to sell in the next year and Megan will be the listing agent for that. She was extremely attentive, honest and responsive. I would highly recommend using Megan for any buying or selling of real estate.

  Wow, I really can't say enough great things about Stephanie! You will be SOLD by her professionalism and hard work! I moved to Alaska a few years ago and needed to sell my home in Fayetteville after a recent divorce... while I'm still in Alaska! My former neighbor in Fayetteville was using Stephanie's services to sell her home and recommended her to me. Stephanie was able to take care of everything that I needed to get the house ready for sale. Once, the home had an issue with a burst pipe and Stephanie was there almost immediately to see to the problem. She always recommended really great people/companies for all repairs needed. The best part for me was that she took the time to understand the circumstances surrounding the sale and made me feel comfortable and trustful putting it in her hands. Again... while I'm in Alaska! I never got to personally meet Stephanie, which is a shame because she is a delight to speak with. I highly recommend her for any military who will move/PCS (or already have!) because she has got your back. Thanks Stephanie. It was a real pleasure to work with you! Thanks for getting my house SOLD!

  If we reported something was wrong or broke they never did anything to fix it. And when I first rented through them we walked through the house to document any thing wrong, the carpet was pretty warn and I mentioned that a few time and it was “documented” when we moved out and they tried saying that we ruined the carpet and it was only a few years old! I would never rent with them again.
