  Wow, I really can't say enough great things about Stephanie! You will be SOLD by her professionalism and hard work! I moved to Alaska a few years ago and needed to sell my home in Fayetteville after a recent divorce... while I'm still in Alaska! My former neighbor in Fayetteville was using Stephanie's services to sell her home and recommended her to me. Stephanie was able to take care of everything that I needed to get the house ready for sale. Once, the home had an issue with a burst pipe and Stephanie was there almost immediately to see to the problem. She always recommended really great people/companies for all repairs needed. The best part for me was that she took the time to understand the circumstances surrounding the sale and made me feel comfortable and trustful putting it in her hands. Again... while I'm in Alaska! I never got to personally meet Stephanie, which is a shame because she is a delight to speak with. I highly recommend her for any military who will move/PCS (or already have!) because she has got your back. Thanks Stephanie. It was a real pleasure to work with you! Thanks for getting my house SOLD!

  This place is a joke. I rented from them for a year. When I moved in, the house was dirty, the yard had to be raked, there were no plate covers covering the exposed wires and plugs and the refrigerator had black stuff all over the inside. Stephanie laughed and asked if she wanted me to have her personally come take care of the issues. I ended up cleaning it myself and putting plate covers over every outlet in the house. Then, the refrigerator went out. I was without a refrigerator for over 7 weeks. For the move out, she was VERY picky, saying the house wasn’t clean enough and that she would have to charge me 250 for cleaning (while the realtor who sold the house couldn’t believe how clean it was) I agreed to this only because I was done dealing with her. But then when I received my security deposit back, she charged me a fee of $85 for raking. I had the yard professional mowed, raked and bushes trimmed one day before move out. I deal with a lot of people moving into the area and I will tell them to stay clear of this scam. I hope this review will save you your time and money. This is by far, the worst rental company I have dealt with.

  We rented a home with Donovan Property Management for 18 months. Our experience was a very positive one, their service was wonderful and prompt when a repair was needed. Additionally our deposite was returned within a week of vacating the residence. I would highly recommend Donovan Property Management as a renter or property owner looking for a management company.
