  I would like to give a shout out to leasing agent Desiree she was wonderful. I was faced some incredible set-backs while trying to relocate to Fayetteville, NC. Ms. Desiree was very patient and consistently stayed in communication providing me with lease terms, move in dates, and a property showing and addressing any inquires I had. Desiree "Your tenacity was exactly what I needed. I'm so grateful you stuck with me, regardless of the final conclusion your persistence made all the difference."   So this place is like a scam. The maintenance people work hard but too many things that are inconvenient and cost many happen around here. I paid my rent early but have a $61 charge all of a sudden because “the water bill didn’t post yet” and got h ch argued another service fee for paying with my card twice. When I called and asked WHY I was being charged again after paying my full rent that includes water I was told “We changed to a new water company so water bill posts after the 1st.” So why am I being charged to pay my bill again when it used to be a one time transaction with my rent. I was NOT NOTIFIED that I shouldn’t pay my bill early if I didn’t want to be charged a service fee twice. Roaches everywhere, the ladies in the front office are rude 9/10 times. Pool always closed for different reasons. The security system we pay so much for is always malfunctioning and we’re being told having 80 degree weather INSIDE OUR APARTMENTS is normal. AND WE HAVE BEEN LOCKED OUT OF OUR APARTMENT BY THE SECURITY SYSTEM WITH NO DIRECT LINE AVAILABLE FOR THIS TYPE OF SITUATION. I do not recommend this place AT ALL. Please use your money elsewhere.

  These reviews contradict themselves so I’m gonna be 100 percent honest. These apartments are overpriced. The layout is simple and the finishes were rushed. You’re paying for a fancy touch screen security/thermostat system that barely wanna work with the sensors half the time. Maintenance works hard stays out the way but them ladies in the front are the worst. Amanda is the only reason I can appreciate this place to be honest. The gym is tiny may fit two to three people at once. Pool is great clean tidy and a great eye catcher but it’s not open during 100 degrees days claiming it’s because people abuse the pool but why does everyone have to suffer for what a select few are doing. There’s cameras watching so do something about it. Or lower the rent. Period. If you’re staying here I would kindly ask them if they are willing to lower the price of rent because you don’t have access to the amenities you’re paying for! Laundry rooms are ok no ac so be quick about your laundry. If the rent isn’t paid on the fifth they will leave several letters in your door as a reminder and by the 15th they are charging almost $300 in eviction fees even if they haven’t went to file yet. Given the fact coming and price of living I think exceptions should be made for those who still pay but may have a hard time paying on time. Community is safe close to lots of places so it is walker friendly and right on the bus line. Dog park is big and playground is decent.

  Terrible upkeep on the place. Front office does not respond quick enough or even at all to your needs, but they expect you to pay your rent every month on time. How fair?? Roach infested, black mold, heat goes out a.c. goes out and they do not care. And i have children!!!!! Old floors, cabinets, fixtures. I was very disgusted with this place glad I left. Stay away if you can.
