- DDDaveOct 26, 20251.0Do not move here! You will absolutely regret it. Rude customer service, incompetent office staff, and horrible corporate office. Do not fall for the reviews you see. One of the neighbors got drunk one day and started to blast music from his car then proceeded to pee in front of everyone. I have the video on my phone and they did absolutely nothing about this resident. Cockroaches, horrible neighbors, incompetent vendors, and much more I could say. Also, Jake is an absolute clown. What were you guys thinking about hiring him? He is extremely rude and disrespectful. Please avoid!

Dana and Kelly were very kind to me. They were also very sweet and patient. It’s 2025 now and I’m moving out on September 30. There’s a new lease person in the office and his name is Jack. He’s not very nice to me and he’s not patient. He doesn’t know how to talk to me. He made me feel like I’m slow and like I don’t understand what he’s saying. I don’t like the way he talks to me. I miss the old people that used to work there. Jack is just mean and he doesn’t like when I ask him questions. Thank God that I’m leaving this place and moving on to new beginnings.

Jake Pudik, in particular, has been repeatedly helpful to me during the initial tour and leasing process, then helping me understand my bill, answer questions about amenities, and helping me feel at home here. The entire crew takes pride in maintaining the community, helping residents, and they all do it with a smile. Kudos to the whole team.
