    Living at Park Ridge is a bit of a mixed bag, the office and maintenance staff are mostly kind and responsive, and the location is convenient with quiet surroundings and nearby walking trails. However, there are also issues. Over the summer, multiple residents in my building were given a less than week’s notice that we would need to vacate our units for anywhere from a day to a full week for HVAC repairs following multiple residents reporting mold concerns. As a remote worker with a pet, it was challenging to find somewhere to go during the repairs at such short notice (they were scheduled for a weekday). Throughout my time here, I’ve also had to call maintenance for repairs more frequently than I’d like (though the maintenance team is great!) and often hear noise or have smells (including cigarette smoke despite the “non-smoking policy”) that are noticeable in my unit from neighboring apartments. While it is possible you could have a good experience here, I wish I had spent more time looking into the surrounding complexes before choosing Park Ridge.

    I recently moved to Park Ridge Estates and had a great experience from the start. Jake was incredibly helpful, everything was well organized, he explained the process thoroughly, and he was reliable and trustworthy throughout. I also had to call maintenance for a quick check-up shortly after moving in, and they responded promptly and efficiently. Overall, a very smooth and positive experience so far.

    The Assistant Property Manager, Jake Pudik, helped me greatly. There were problems with my rental history but Jake didn’t give up and helped me resolve all my issues in order to move in at Park Ridge. Great customer service.

    I had an excellent experience working with Jake! From the very beginning, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what I was looking for in a new home. He showed me several great apartment options and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Thanks to his patience and expertise, I ended up finding the perfect place to move into and couldn’t be happier. Jake made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend him to anyone searching for a new apartment!

    Wednesday night between 8-10pm 4 cars had their windows smashed and broke into and one car was actually stolen!!! Apparently this is happening here all the time!!! No cameras, no security don’t feel safe.
