Apartments are well-maintained and are in a good location, feeling tucked away but only 5 mins from Southpoint. Maintenance is very responsive and reliable. Community is pretty quiet and private. Only criticism I have is that office staff can be a bit difficult to contact at times, can take a couple of calls to reach someone, but you usually can reach someone after a bit. Would recommend living here overall!

My villa is well maintained with the care of Mr.Faulks taking care of the needs of today & every time your needed. This is a Saturday emergency comes quickly resolves issue courteous kind, respectful customer service appropriate. In addition the Property Manager Tim is wonderful 5 star, Alex the Assistant Property has & is grand edition wonderful, Tanisha is the best above excellence. These are the staff which make this place home & more. I've been here 5+ years great location tucked away neighborhood adjacent to Hwy 54 & 55 & I-40 . In addition very close to Southpoint Mall and 751 10 minutes from UNC Medical Center. Corey is wonderful long time maintenance staff as well. Thank you Legacy

I trusted in the process of finding a safe place for me, although I knew nothing about North Carolina, let alone Durham. Tanisha was excellent in selling me the property and the environment at Meridian. While still in Colorado, Tanisha kept me updated about pricing, availability, and my approval for the unit. Tanisha's persistence and warm customer service is why I chose Legacy at Meridian. Even now, as I just resigned my lease Tanisha continues to provide above and beyond outstanding service. Thank you Tanisha for all that you do! I would also like to thank Tim for being such a great property manager., and making this community safe, along with being heard. Thank you Max ( assistant manager)for rushing to keep my car from getting towed, and last, but not least thank you Corey and Glenn on the maintenance team for also being so professional, quick with your service, and providing incredible service to your residents. The team at Meridian is outstanding and I love the community I live in. I plan on staying for many years to come. Happy Halloween 🎃
