If I could give this place zero stars I would. Do not move here! During my time here management had changed several times. Management sucked and didn’t resolve my concerns in a timely manner. My apartment had mold and there was an infestation of silverfish in the apartment. I had to complain almost daily for pest control to come out (which was a joke) he literally just sprayed bug spray for a few seconds each time. Also, the communication was terrible. I thank God everyday not to be living in that place. Cars were constantly being broken into and there was several times i was woken up to sirens or neighbors fighting in the middle of the night. The apartments are poorly managed and I would tell anyone who is thinking about moving here to run and look elsewhere for your own sanity.

As a tenant here, please believe the reviews. First of all there was a time I was woken up to foot steps in my apartment and there was someone from the leasing office in my apartment with no announcement that they were coming by and it was literally just to close the storage door on my balcony which could’ve been an email, phone call, anything except just walking in my apartment. That could’ve been an invasion of my privacy or someone could’ve gotten hurt. There were like two more times someone came for small stuff and it only stopped because I sent them a screenshot of my time card showing I work 16 hour shifts 3 PM-7 AM so the 3-4 hours of sleep I do get I don’t want it to be interrupted for little stuff. Also the parking is true. One of my friends got booted & that was $180. I felt bad so I went half on it. One time I expressed I think I have mold in my apartment and they did nothing but put a water filter in my apartment. They have a lot of hidden fees that makes the rent go up almost $200 which is also bs. One of those hidden fees is the technology package that includes Wi-Fi and cable. When I first moved here I wasn’t being charged that. It’s crazy that they force us to pay it because not everybody watches cables AND they didn’t even tell me. I seen it billed to my rent twice and had to call the office to ask why. The neighbors think you’re supposed to walk on egg shells and tip toe around. I’ve had the courtesy officer at my door twice at almost 1 AM and one time it was because my neighbor below me said I was moving furniture which was crazy considering I was sick with the flu so why/how could I be moving furniture at almost 1 AM when I live by myself and I have full blown symptoms? AND I never even moved my furniture since I lived here. Not only that, the office was ready to take the neighbor side and possibly fine me if the “problem occurred” and the only reason they let it go was because the neighbor never responded back about mediation. I’ve been harassed by the police and had my car searched just by sitting in MY car outside MY apartment complex which is something I love to do after getting off work sometimes and now I don’t even do that anymore. Living here you won’t be able to be comfortable and I be damn if I’m paying over $1500 in rent just to not be comfortable in MY apartment. Don’t get me wrong the community & apartment is nice, but If you’re gonna be paying that much in rent then you’re better off going elsewhere. I know a lot of apartment complexes go up on your rent when you renew, but here just isn’t worth the money. Also when they sent me the paper to renew, the price didn’t add up. It had the rent price plus the extra fees but somehow there was almost an extra $100 I was going to have to pay but Idk for what. You really are better off paying that elsewhere that’s more peaceful, nicer, & bigger because space is limited and there’s no storage area besides the storage room on the balcony! There’s literally no closets besides in the bedroom so you just have to make it work somehow. Not worth the money at all! Updated review: Another thing I never knew until I told them I didn’t want to renew my lease is that they REQUIRE for you to pay for their cleaning concierge or a professional cleaning company AND also a professional carpet cleaning company. That’s absolute bullshit because I’ve NEVER heard of nothing like that. Like that’s what the deposit is for!

I have been here only 10 days. I moved into a unit that was not completely ready for move in, There was a growth chart written on one of my walls, a microwave that trips a breaker, my dryer was not hooked up. the inside of the washing machine and dryer were filthy. wasp nest all over my balcony. the faucet inside one of the bathrooms had no pressure. My key fob lock malfunctioned and now I have a regular deadbolt and they have no intentions on replacing it. The office has no regard about how these apartments are. they just out for the commission check. I was told my concerns were not priority even though I literally just moved in. The staff is very unprofessional and has no real knowledge of how to run an apartment. If the unit had this many issues in 10 days then it was never really move in ready. I was told that they have been more than accommodating even though nothing has really been fixed. There was a leak under the bathroom sink that leaked all through the house. the dishwasher had old food still in it! the cabinets are are scratched up and broke.

Kashayla is an exceptional manager. She assist us with any questions or concerns about the application and apartment. The location of the apartment is far enough from the city, but close enough to Charlotte.

Please bear with me, worth the read. I promise!! I lived in this community for over two years. The apartments themselves are very nice—modern construction, well-maintained, and everything is fairly new. That’s definitely the strongest aspect of living here. Unfortunately, I had to move out due to ongoing noise issues that were never addressed. Despite living on the top floor, I constantly dealt with loud neighbors downstairs who would drink, play loud music, and shout late into the night with their patio doors wide open. I reported this multiple times to management and was advised to contact the courtesy officer, who told me he “couldn’t stop people from laughing in their own home.” The same neighbors frequently had unregistered vehicles in the lot, turning the parking area into a late-night auto repair spot. Management was made aware on several occasions, but no action was ever taken. I also found it frustrating that I was charged twice for background checks due to a name discrepancy when I moved in—over $200—yet it seemed clear that others were allowed to live there without proper documentation or screening. That raised serious concerns for me about the community’s safety standards and screening consistency. Another ongoing issue was the constant turnover in property management companies. In just two years, there were at least three different companies running the place, and that made the process of getting my deposit back unnecessarily painful. No one had access to the original lease I signed, and I was told there was no trace of it in their system. Because I didn’t have my own copy anymore, I couldn’t prove how much I had paid, and I ended up receiving a much lower refund than I should have. Package handling was also a problem. I lost more than one package during my time there—over $100 worth—and nothing was done. On one occasion, someone even opened a package that was clearly labeled with my name. When I brought these issues to the front office, I was met with dismissiveness and attitude, as if my concerns were an inconvenience. In summary: beautiful apartments, but very poor handling of tenant concerns, noise issues, inconsistent management, and zero accountability. I would not return unless there were significant changes in how resident issues are addressed and how the community is run.
