There's too many changes every year with management, theres no security cameras on the buildings, the complex did a horrible job handling the snow last weekend, we need more time to pay rent. The rent is high and people have issues at times that dont allow them to pay it before the 5th of every month, we shouldn't be threatened with eviction letters after the 5th.

**Very Long Post** I stayed here for 2 years and just ended my lease. I can’t give it 5 stars for numerous reasons: #1 being those paper thin walls. Whoever built this place did not care to consider that people do not want to hear everything their neighbors do. God forbid you live beside an “active” couple… or a crying newborn in the middle of the night… or someone with the loudest speaker ever every day... or someone who talks very loud. (All things my bedroom wall neighbor(s) were). All the walls are very thin too not just that one. I could hear the people below me and through my kitchen walls. One of the kitchen wall neighbors I had were borderline domestic with the screaming at each other in the breezeway, cussing loudly, and slamming doors more often than not. (Was very glad when they left). #2 having to pay for trash yet I have to take it to the dumpster myself. I don’t have a problem taking out a trash, but charging for a trash and there’s no valet is ridiculous. #3 parking passes. That should be included in the rent, but of course it’s not. #4 there has been three, and this latest one makes four different management companies since I moved in (two years mind you). The worse part about this is whoever these last people are allegedly started 1/12/26 and were supposed to be “effective immediately” taking over management. Well that was a lie because when I go to turn in my keys on 1/17/26 the woman told me that “they don’t have access to the system yet”. That’s not effective immediately and quite frankly unprofessional to say one thing then not follow through on it. Especially as your first act(s) of business. Not to mention the actual last day of my lease was 1/19 which is MLK Day. When the property was still under greystar they were going to be open on MLK because I called and asked to make sure there wouldn’t be any issues moving out. They get these new people now they’re closed on MLK but didn’t tell anyone because they “don’t have access to the system”. Very unprofessional transition in my opinion. I really hate I didn’t get to work with Hasani on my move out process because I know it would’ve been next to seamless working with him. Now I have to wait until the day AFTER my lease is officially over (1/20) to get everything finalized because of something that is out of my control. Good thing I left when I did because I would’ve been expecting them to be open on Monday and they would’ve been closed with zero notice and I wouldn’t know how that would’ve worked turning in keys after my lease is over considering it wasn’t my fault. #5 I’ve never had a pest issue here up until these last few months. I would leave on my work trips and come back to big dead roaches in my living room. Again, paying for a pest control and suddenly it’s not working anymore??? Had to request for pest control to come spray my unit and thankfully there were no more after that. #6 it is no where close to 100% smoke free. Weed smells would often come through my vents and I’ve sent emails about it and that’s about as far as that went because it didn’t change anything. That’s really an advertisement to give people false hope. The only reason I’m giving this place 3/5 is because the name is accurate. Being in proximity of pretty much everything I needed was my favorite part. That’s it. (Oh and Marco is the best I will definitely miss him!) Overall if you want to stay here, it’s cool, but those thin walls get old very quick.

Do not move here. This is the worst place to live, this has been the most terrible experience. I’ve been here for 2 years and the first year was great. The last year has been terrible. The property manager is rude and has a smart mouth with you. They are overall terrible at properly communicating effectively. Please do not move here! You’re better off at another Apartment complex nearby.
