  Karsten is such a pleasure to work with. As a lender in the business for 8 years, I rarely come across real estate agents that go the extra mile for their clients, or treat their clients and business associates like FAMILY. Karsten is an amazing professional, but also an amazing human being. I would recommend him to all my friends and family!

  Karsten worked with us on the sale of our mom's home following her passing and was a real asset throughout the process. He was familiar with the neighborhood and had been a great help in the earlier sale of our aunt's house. He helped us to set the right price and coordinated painting & flooring projects which made the house more attractive. He recommended some outdoor cleanup which we completed ourselves. Karsten also worked with the "home stager" we had selected to give the interior of the home a more updated appearance. He was readily available for the questions we had and provided good information right through the sale. Working with him was a great experience, and I would highly recommend him to homeowners looking to sell.

  I am completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of his service. Karston is my go to guy and I thankfully have sold more than three properties with him and I have referred many buyers from my church and community and his service is always consistent. I highly recommend him whether you are a first time home buyer or selling your property. you will not be disappointed!!!

  Could not have asked for a better experience, plus we gained a friend! When I needed to sell my mother's home, I did not have a lot of time to do research and find the right agent. Instead, I went with a recommendation from a friend in the neighborhood (thank you, Vinnie!) and contacted Karsten. We exchanged a few texts and agreed to meet a few days later. Karsten had already done research and had come up with a price--which was actually higher than I'd anticipated. He did a walk-through with me and advised me on what work needed to be done before showing the house--which was less than I'd anticipated. He helped me understand the current market. He also stepped me through the whole process of selling a house in North Carolina, documents needed, what my costs would be, etc. With confidence, I signed with Karsten on a Monday. With the help of friends and family, I tended to the decluttering. On Wednesday, Karsten took care of painting and freshening that needed to be done. Photography and videography on Thursday. The house was officially “on the market” within one week of signing with Karsten! And that was just the beginning! Karsten was only a text or call away during the entire process—always calm, supportive and with wise advice. When things seemed slow as we approached the holidays, I felt a bit discouraged. But Karsten said “You’d be surprised at how many homes are sold around the holidays.” And things turned out just as he predicted. We received the right offer the day before Thanksgiving and closed 3 days before Christmas! Shortly before closing, we learned that the buyers did not want to keep the existing washer and dryer. This came as a surprise to me and I was pretty much at a loss — but Karsten was again supportive and resourceful. He helped come up with a plan to dispose of them, came to the house, disconnected everything safely, loaded them on his truck and handled the whole transaction for me. As stated above, I just can’t imagine a better realtor or realty experience than the one we had with Karsten. He was there for us throughout the process and became a true friend. If you are looking for an agent who will support you and will have your interests as top priority, you need look no further! I recommend Karsten with complete confidence.
