  Patrick Gallagher was a true partner through our first home buying experience. Meticulous, organized, and proactive doesn’t cover it. Phone calls/texts responded to at lightning speed. Spreadsheets and reports at the ready. Absolutely knows his business, and will breakdown everything you need to know to make an informed decision. Always a positive attitude while remaining realistic about what is or isn’t likely to work for your situation. We even threw in the wrinkles of trying to go through the gauntlet over Thanksgiving and Christmas as well as closing at the very tail end of the year! 10/10 WILL work with him again.   When it appeared that our initial lender was suddenly going to disapprove our loan just a week before closing, we were put in touch with Patrick. He was incredibly friendly with us and genuinely wanted to help us out of this bind. While everything eventually ended up getting sorted out with our original lender, we were so appreciative for all the work Patrick had done to ensure we wouldn’t lose our offer on this house, and we would highly recommend him and Exhale Lending to anyone looking to buy a home or refinance.

  Patrick is the best out there. He’s excellent with mortgages and always has a good pulse on what is going on in the overall economy. Beyond that, he offers truly honest advice on real estate and mortgages. I have worked with Patrick on multiple mortgages and intend to do so in the future. Don’t hesitate to give him a call if you are looking for a smart, honest person to work with on a mortgage!
