  I have known Patrick for many years and have always learned from our conversations about real estate. Finally, I had an opportunity to work with him on a loan and a complex transaction that requires coordinating from his end between multiple parties, in different locations and time zones under a tight deadline. Patrick and his team did a great job handling everything and patiently addressing all the questions and contents. It was a pleasure working with him and his team.

  I had the absolute best experience working with Patrick Gallagher at Exhale Lending. Patrick is an expert in all things real estate and lending—he walked me through every option available, from renovation and construction loans to standard mortgages, while also sharing insights on market rate trends, insurance providers, and smart loan strategies. He was always available for a call, even at odd hours and on weekends, and held my hand through every step of the process, which made things so much easier as a first time homebuyer. What stood out the most was his honesty and integrity. Even though he had the best rates and offers on the table, at the very last moment I received a discounted offer through my employer which was too good to beat. Patrick reviewed every competing option with me and genuinely advised that the employee discount was the better fit for my situation—even though it meant he wouldn’t get my business. That level of customer care is rare, and it speaks volumes about his character. Patrick was always available for a phone call, saved me a huge amount of time and money with his guidance, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my decision. If you want someone who puts your best interest first, I can’t recommend Patrick and Exhale Lending enough. He’s the real deal.
