I wasn't asked to make a review but I wanted to anyway because the interaction I had with the assistant director was top tier. Jennifer is super transparent and answered every single one of my questions. She was really personable as well, she made me feel like family haha. I also appreciated how I didnt feel pressured to sign a lease. This seems like a super friendly and welcoming place! The rates weren't bad either.

The location is excellent—very convenient and accessible to gas station, food truck, grocery stores, movie theaters, gyms, and other essential needs. The amenities are top-notch. I especially loved the new coffee machine and the relaxing hammock. The clubhouse is spacious and well-maintained, with board games available to enjoy with neighbors and friends. The fire pit was very amazing, relaxing, and much needed for the winter. It was also fun watching ipl cricket matches in the club house with the neighbors. The apartment itself is very clean and sanitized daily. The leasing staff and maintenance team are the best! Julie and Jennifer are incredibly sweet—they always go above and beyond to help residents. The community events they organize are thoughtful and engaging. One of my favorite events was the Estee Scavenger Hunt, which gave me a great opportunity to meet neighbors and make good friends. We also had a couple of yummy potlucks arranged by the neighbors, which was fun. Parking was never an issue—I always got the same spot, which made things very convenient. Special shoutout to the maintenance team—they’re responsive, friendly, and truly the best! One unique feature that I loved was the ability to unlock the apartment entry door using a mobile app—something you won’t find in most places. It made it super easy to let friends in without having to go down to open the door. The swimming pool view from my patio was the best part. They also upgraded the common areas with turf for kids to play on, and it was so heartwarming to watch them have fun. Lastly, the high ceilings in the apartment helped reduce noise from the upper floor, which made my living experience even more peaceful. If you're looking for a community that’s clean, well-managed, friendly, and full of life, this is the place!
