The AppalCart comes to the complex which is very convenient for students, as it brings you directly to campus. Overall, great living experience with an amazing view!

The only complaint I have about this place is the prices of rent, it is a bit high considering it’s not walkable to campus and some of the utilities are outdated. Other than that it’s pretty nice living here !

- KSKate StarrSep 7, 20251.0This property charged me $50 for dust on a ceiling fan. Their move-out inspection was logged as 11 days after I turned in my keys. They do not prorate last month’s rent. The lease agreement doesn’t mention anything against proration, but it’s over a dozen pages long so they claim that the “installment” (not “rent”) is set. Courteous policies, like with other complexes and landlords, do not exist here. Trash is $30 a month, per person. Your unit will pay $90 a month for a teenager to take your trash to the dumpster, 500 feet away. You can’t opt out of this, so I’m not sure why it’s shown as a separate charge and not a part of rent. Applying to this complex will cost you $350, and this is nonrefundable. Bedrooms two years ago ranged from $700-875. Now, they are $1000+ A previous roommate moved out of my unit because they could not control the fleas on their animals. Find a new roommate yourself, or the apartment complex will attempt to room you with individuals decades older than you, and of the opposite sex. Be prepared for you and your guarantor to receive 550+ emails (counted in a search of my mailbox) during your tenancy. If there is a freeze warning, construction, or any update, they will send you 1-2 emails a day, for weeks. A more appropriate action would be an email a week in advance, and a reminder notifying the day before the event. P.S. Most five star reviews are residents being given $25 gift cards or are enrolled in a raffle in exchange for leaving a positive review.
