The most incompetent group of people, I've dealt with...ever. They were supposed to work for me, but, I played secretary. I sent all info six times to four different people. If you love anxiety, stress, an EXTREME lack of communication, having them ask you something like, "did you do the second draw?"...not knowing what that means because you deal with multiple people and not just one...if you want to be three months behind on your mortgage and not have even signed paperwork to finalize your loan...then, look no further...you've found your gimps.
