I think management does a good job of communicating but you will need to stay consistent with your maintenance requests if you want something done. A very safe area. No issues with neighbors.

An apartment above mine had a major leak that affected my unit, and as a result, maintenance placed industrial fans and humidifiers in my apartment for several days (equipment I didn’t request or control). My power bill increased noticeably that month, and I provided a copy of the bill to the management office showing the higher cost. However, I was told there was “no overage,” completely dismissing the documentation I provided. There was no willingness to take responsibility or even acknowledge the inconvenience, despite the fact that the issue stemmed from another unit and the equipment was placed by their maintenance team. If you’re considering moving here, I recommend keeping close records of your utility usage and all communications. It’s frustrating to deal with the consequences of a situation you didn’t cause and then be told it doesn’t warrant any consideration.
