Initially I wasn’t best pleased, as this is my first time living in an apartment. I was just used to the traditional single-family house style of things. Instead of her (Jakayla) being bothered/annoyed, she TENTATIVELY listened, making note of my desired living environment. Not even 2 days later, she called, stating she had found the perfect unit for my family, and THAT— she did! I am more than satisfied of the service and hospitality she continually showed (& still does, even after move-in)! She is a total gem, and Southaven Pointe is LUCKY to have her!!
