She paid attention to my wants and needs but then it appears that she was booted and someone else stepped in and put me in this unbelievably horrible apartment: the unit and the building. I have pictures of all the damages. the list of things that was promised to be fixed that has yet to be taken care of. There is a cockroach infestation in this building and unit. The plumbing in the bathroom tub has been an issue since day one. there were only two things that were taken care of that I asked for but I have completed the checklist of repairs that still need to be cleared. Since the moving process begin and I paid my first amount, there has been discrepancy after discrepancy. I feel like there is no care or concern from the other members of management as time has moved on. I have paid a lot of money to live here. Advice: PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH IN DEPTH before deciding to go with this particular apartment complex. My heart is broken and I am very disappointed.
