- UMUzair MunafOct 2, 20252.0I was looking for an apartment, went to tour with them, facility might be good, but there are some absurd over head charges which don’t make sense to me. Most people living here have the complain that the rent never really comes at the amount they decided. It’s always 100/200 more. + they want you to buy their cable and internet services which costs 100 dollars and its not optional. Thats a waste of money. They also charge extra for the portal where you deposit rent money. I mean just increase your rent in all fairness if you just want to add up 200 dollars for useless charges.

They produce poisonous gas that could faint the Tenant and even won’t leave an Ant .! The leasing office management they don’t understand the criticality.. No response or actions taken after multiple visits to leasing office. Overall community looks good outside and bad maintenance.

In the updated review below, I mentioned the change since being bought by MAXUS and changing my rating from a 5 to a 2. But, as stated above, one person makes all the difference and this is evident since Rebekah transitioned into the management role. In my opinion, she graciously balances the role of property manager with making a resident feel acknowledged and valued. Regardless of location, having the right people in the right positions can be a make/brake for any establishment. Kudos to Maxus for changing a 2 to a 5. I look forward to continuing my residency. *UPDATED REVIEW from AUG/SEPT 2018:* I rated this apartment complex 5 stars when moving here in 2015. Now, in 2018, I've changed it to just 2. The maintenance staff are very friendly. Rebekah, who I spoke with today, is awesome. Unfortunately, since being bought by MAXUS Properties, the methods of management have changed. It is my hope that this trend stops and goes back into the other direction, and that I can restore the five star this once was. There is a need to restore a level of customer service that is now lacking. *ORIGINAL REVIEW from 2015* I recently moved from Brandon to the Arbors at Natchez Trace. While I've only been here for two months, I can see that several things are evident at this apartment complex: 1) The staff seems to care about the quality of life for tenants, 2) it is very conveniently located, and 3) it is clean and quiet. KUDOS! Enjoying living here!
