- JMJoyce MylesNov 11, 20251.0Very stressful experience with office staff upon leaving. They give you the run arounds and seem like they don’t care. Ashley in the front office acts stone cold and heartless when it comes to helping. I asked her to reach out to the higher ups to help with a situation I had. She sat right in front of me and did nothing stating that she tried and there was nothing she could do and sent us away. Notices are sometimes late and you may have less then 24 hours to pay certain things(very stressful). They don’t care. If you are hooked up with flex to pay rent just note that you can not contact flex via phone so any mistakes like trying to change something on the app like a payment date etc may not happen in time and you may end up on the eviction list off a simple mistake like trying to change a payment date. I would never recommend the Vineyards of Olive Branch. The genuineness is not there. Then they apologize while not caring at the same time. Worst experience ever. Also the walls are so thin you hear every noise being made around you. And it’s always a hidden extra fee it seems. Our new home management treats us with love care and professionalism that we deserve. The vineyards does not.

Now, management changes alot, apartments are not up to part for more in, people in the office do check these apartments for new tenants and more. I have several associates that reside over here and they are just settling until better comes along. I was over one of my associates apartment at night and they cut on the balcony light! When I say huge cock roaches was all over the balcony. The other one dealing with roaches inside the apartment and they haven't kept up their word with dealing with tge issue. But, if you late on rent! They ready to evict you without second guessing! The health department needs to be alerted here and the news! People pay money to be able to live comfortably. Not to live with pests. The scenery is beautiful! But, those buildings need to be cleaned thoroughly! Too much money flowing for residents to deal with any issues! My opinion! Do not rent from here! Also, if you do! Do a check on the first day and after you move in! Do not sign that checklist until you are in there to see what is hidden. Check carpet, windows, refrigerator, stove, shower heads, walls and flow of water. Don’t be afraid to speak up. Also! If they try to evict you or you are in the process. Take them to equity court! File a petition to the court for a prayer of relief! You have a arbitration clause in your lease agreement. Ask for the case to be dismissed due to arbitration.

I just moved in 7/14, and he’s been the silver lining in my experience! He’s already stopped by to fix multiple things for me, and I am most appreciative. He is so responsive, personable and professional! He’s literally the best and goes over and beyond!!! ♥️

Solo te hacen sentir bien al momento de interesarte en rentar una propiedad, Despues ya no sirves para nada, siempre que intento pedir una verificacion de alquiler nunca responden un mensaje ni una llamada ni nada! Si es por parte de ellos nunca responderian, llevo mas de 1 mes intentando que me respondan una verificacion de alquiler y aun no he podido mudarme por que son incapaces de responder un correo, de verdad que son unos irresponsables, teniendo uno que estar pagando hoteles o airbnb hasta que ellos decidan poder responder una verificacion de alquiler!
