Very stressful experience with office staff upon leaving. They give you the run arounds and seem like they don’t care. Ashley in the front office acts stone cold and heartless when it comes to helping. I asked her to reach out to the higher ups to help with a situation I had. She sat right in front of me and did nothing stating that she tried and there was nothing she could do and sent us away. Notices are sometimes late and you may have less then 24 hours to pay certain things(very stressful). They don’t care. If you are hooked up with flex to pay rent just note that you can not contact flex via phone so any mistakes like trying to change something on the app like a payment date etc may not happen in time and you may end up on the eviction list off a simple mistake like trying to change a payment date. I would never recommend the Vineyards of Olive Branch. The genuineness is not there. Then they apologize while not caring at the same time. Worst experience ever. Also the walls are so thin you hear every noise being made around you. And it’s always a hidden extra fee it seems. Our new home management treats us with love care and professionalism that we deserve. The vineyards does not.

This review is specifically for Eric!!!! He is the absolute best maintenance man a gal could ever ask for! I just moved in 7/14, and he’s been the silver lining in my experience! He’s already stopped by to fix multiple things for me, and I am most appreciative. He is so responsive, personable and professional! He’s literally the best and goes over and beyond!!! ♥️

The Vineyards are a wonderful apartment complex. They are very family oriented and very entertaining as well. Almost every Friday afternoon they will have a different food vendor setting up shop so the tenants can try different cuisines. This is a pretty good thing to offer to tenants. They are understanding and realize that life happens and are willing to help out, however they can while running a great apartment complex. Amber and Anna and Theo are awesome. Great team there!!!
