- DWDanna Wiley6 days ago1.0They appear nice and welcoming at first until you are moved in and then they treat you like crap. They will let you have your patio furniture on your patio for months and then the day before Christmas they hit you with a violation fee with an email that starts with “Happy Tuesday” here’s your fine of $75 even though for months you had no idea you were in violation by THEIR STANDARDS! And then they close the office for the rest of the week. If I had known that what I considered patio furniture was not up to THEIR standards of patio furniture then I would have removed it to avoid a fine. DUH! They also charge you $60 for the water filter that goes into the refrigerator they chose to put in the apartment. They plan to add an additional $50 charge for any use of community amenities (pool, fitness, etc) because the $1900 a month isn’t enough to include community amenities… they’re going to charge you left and right for any and everything they can and start their email with “happy (whatever day of the week they decide to be in the office), here’s your fee”… run far from this place.

After being tossed through the ringer and hundreds of dollars thrown away from other complexes in the area for app fees just to be turned away, having Mrs. Myesha view as human beings and not just a thing she has to deal with at her job was such a great feeling. Throughout our stay we had zero issues. The apartment was clean and appliances worked. The complex was clean and full of great people that I've made friends with even as introverted as we are. We transferred to the sister complex, the vineyard, and it was as painless as possible. They assisted us every step of the way and worked with us and our time schedule. I have lived at dozens of apartments through the U.S. and I have never had the pleasure of dealing with a staff as pleasant, welcoming and accommodating at The Oliver. In particular Mrs. Myesha and Mrs. Jessica. They went above their occupations and are great human beings.

I had no issues come up, everything was smoothly handled by Myesha; she kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I was satisfied with everything before I signed my lease. I can't say enough about Myesha's professionalism and relatibility as well as my overall experience leasing here.
