- FDFelisa DavisOct 1, 20251.0I went 3 months without any hot water at all, reminding the management constantly, until I was forced to be annoying and rude. I was told every excuse for maintenance. When they did come in, they put in an old unit from another apartment that didn’t work. Another week later, came in to change the the temperature which didn’t work. He left black handprints on everything, cracked the entire counter top. When sent a picture of it to management she says oh it just needs to be screwed back together. Never heard anything back from her. Electricity is surging constantly. I hope the place don’t catch on fire.

After extensive research and visiting the front office I was given information on leasing an apartment. I was so impressed but I am retired senior and kept researching apartments from Gulfport to Gautier. After much careful researching and discussions with family and friends who all recommended The Point I have decided after a year of looking to *finally* apply to lease an apartment at The Point. After all this extensive research this The Point is the best I found and I hope to move in soon! Wish me luck!
