Which I was not expecting at all, because companies don’t care enough to even call you. But, when I was contacted, my issues and concerns were addressed. Accountability was taken. I love that I felt seen and heard. I love that Highpointe even cared enough to contact me! That means a lot! Anyway, since I left a bad review, it was only right I left a good review. Thank you so much to the Highpointe employees! You guys are the Chikfila of apartment complexes.

Has nice flooring throughout, nice kitchen upgrades, and every room has plenty of space and storage. The repairs we would submit in were taken care of in a timely manner. All of the staff members are very nice and very accommodating. I recommend Highpointe Apartments to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced apartment in the Jackson/Brandon area!

We have lived here 8 months and have been complaining about a trashy neighbor (collects cats on her patio and trashy items covering her patio and flowerbed) for 7 months. We, and any guests we would invite if we actually wanted people to come here, have to walk by this to get to our almost $1300 a month apartment. Yet we regularly receive email reminders on patio policy. Can not wait until our lease expires in October!
