  I want to start by saying these apartments are very spacious and overall pretty much has anything you would need in an apartment but the apartments come with quite the maintenance . I will have lived here almost 2 years at the end of December and we’ve already had our heater and AC repaired. Now almost not even a year later it has gone out again and it went out randomly. Our AC nor heat will work and it happened the night we are expecting 20 degree weather. We called the emergency line once and someone came out and repaired it but this time no one came and repaired it since it happened around 9ish at night. I usually wouldn’t care and would just double up on blankets but I have a 3 month old now that I have to try to make sure is warm through the night because management can’t send someone near us to fix it or even look at it. Also, we have had numerous leaks in this apartment causing an unstable water bill pretty much the whole time we have been living here. Our bill is always sky high and they may or may not adjust it. The bottom of our sink area is all cracked up because of the major leaks it’s endured. We have had numerous water outages here since living here where a company would have to come and work on the water situation and their would be no water. Just a couple weeks ago everyone was without water for a full day and the company doesn’t compensate for that they just tell you they’re sorry and they don’t know when it’ll be back on as if we all don’t need the water. This company is money hungry and no matter what you go through in your apartment they expect the rent to be paid on time or else they are quick to add a court date paper on your door. We are paying rent to have emergency services when needed and an actual plumber to come repair or look for leaks. A lot of the issues would be resolved if they let maintenance stick to the normal fixations and actually hired people that are certified to work on the HVAC systems and leaks. I wanted to not have to write a review but sadly last night after being left with no heat and it’s 27 degrees outside with a 3 month old I really don’t care at this point to expose our issues here.

  An unknown friend of mine said that the rooms look NOTHING like the photos but he did say that everything else was great and the pool was clean and he plays tennis a lot and He works out a lot at the weight place🤏🏻

  I moved to the Jackson metro-area for work from Indiana. I was really excited to come here, given the reviews and friendliness of the leasing agents. However, things have not been what they seemed. Since the day I moved in, it's been nothing but problems. My unit was not in the best condition upon move-in, resulting in several maintenance repairs. On the bright side, maintenance is friendly and moves promptly. My tub is still in unacceptable condition and my mother didn't even want to shower in the second bathroom. I am still awaiting replacement and acid wash. The property has ants. I sprayed and used home remedies, yet there are still ants. Other residents have also complained about ants. I am trying to be gracious with this property, but my patience is wearing thin. I would recommend to search for other apartments first that are more modern and updated.

  I just moved into my apartment four days ago and I wake up to my air conditioner not blowing well in my apartment at 86° all day. I reported the air conditioner being out early this morning around 10 and here it is 7:30 PM in the afternoon and I have not heard from anyone or has no one come out to fix my air conditioner. I had to pay a lot of money out getting into this apartment for me and my 4 kids and I can’t afford to go and get a hotel which is something I would love to do because this apartment is very hot and myself and my daughter has asthma I can’t believe that I have been in this apartment all day long without anyone trying to resolve this issue.

  I have lived here at Bridgewater for a long time and I absolutely love it here. The apartments are beautiful and they are very spacious. The property grounds are kept clean and the lawn looks great. The property manager Phil is hands down one of the best. He is very professional,knowledgeable, understanding and helpful with anything I need help with.
