Also they have a COCKROACH infestation probably in most apartments in which they never address! how lovely😒

Got keys to her and roommates apartment and walked in..... not even cleaned, black mold in the pantry, filthy dirty never been cleaned, water damage in the walls and in ceiling of one bedroom. Floor boards baseboards falling apart. Broken doors and door frames. Bathrooms covered in urine and hair from previous tenant. If i could post pictures and video i took, yall would be SICK to your stomach looking at them! Its like they rented them the most trashed, dirty, disgusting unit they could find! Wasnt even cleaned after last tenant moced out. We spent 9 hours cleaning it the other day. Shampooed carpets, turned the water in shampooer BLACK! Why did we pay a deposit if it wasnt even clean or up to code? Then you try and get ahold of them and nobody is ever available and dont answer office phones or even call you back! They say there's an emergency maintenance line you can call, but they dont answer that phone either. They show you the "model" unit which probably has never been lived in and is in pristine condition then do the bait and switch and lease you a unit that isn't even safe!!! Hope they plan to find another unit to put my girl and her roommate in. Or we will be finding somewhere else.

I was relocating from Chicago and She was so informative and professional. Property is really nice, safe and clean. Which is most important. So far they very responsive and Im happy with my relocation and this property! Feels like vacay but home at the same time.

What frustrates me most is that this should be a simple issue, yet the staff seem unwilling to help and keep brushing me off. I don’t understand why something straightforward has become so complicated. If you’re considering moving here, please pay attention to how the management team operates. Based on my experience with their communication and attitude, I can only say I’m very disappointed.
