I absolutely love living here! My move in day was the day of that huge tornado in St. Louis. I was in the middle of moving as it happened and the way Tyler and his staff were so helpful in not charging me for my parking spot and giving me flexible move in dates was so kind. I didn’t have a car for a few months here but was still guaranteed parking in the garage based on my move in date which I really appreciated. The amenities are great, and as a student I am a frequent flyer of the study rooms when I need a change of scenery. The gym is well equipped and clean. Everyone is so friendly in the building and I really enjoy seeing everyone’s pets each day as I walk through the building to class or when I come home. The maintenance staff is so quick and efficient, I had issues with some sockets given the new build and they came in the same day to take a look at it. There was a faulty thing on my washer and the next morning it was fixed and working great! The custodial staff is so kind too, they keep the apartment common areas so tidy and they are so polite each morning I see them.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience thus far. I’ve been living here for about four months and I really appreciate my quiet home and the staff that help me to have this peaceful living.

I chose this premium apartment complex specifically for the EV charging and assigned covered parking in the garage to protect my car from snow and hail, which costs $150/month. However, every day I return from work, my assigned 2nd floor spot (near my apartment) is taken by other vehicles. This forces me to park on the third floor, which only costs $75/month, despite paying a premium for my spot. I’ve contacted management twice, but nothing has been done to address this issue. For a complex marketed as high-end, the lack of parking enforcement and concern is unacceptable and undermines the premium experience promised.

I highly recommend The Rail! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help with anything you need. They really go out of their way to make sure residents feel taken care of, which makes a big difference.
The amenities are great—the gym is well-equipped, and the community spaces are always well-kept and inviting. Plus, being right next to Bar K has been a total game-changer as a dog parent! Having an awesome dog park and social spot just steps away makes living here even better.

The price they are asking for these apartments are absolutely laughable. It's a joke. There are several more affordable and better located apartments in Saint Louis.
Response: Saint Louis doesnt need overpriced amenities, we need affordable homes to keep families here. "Luxury" apartments are a scam.
