Once grand high-rise hotels—The Westmoreland, Congress, and Senate—alongside the sleek modern tower, The Annex, have been thoughtfully reimagined to form The Era Collective. Formerly known as 275 on the Park Apartments, this iconic collection of four buildings has been rebranded and redesigned to reflect a new era of refined living in St. Louis.
Located in the heart of the Central West End—St. Louis’ most dynamic neighborhood—you’ll be steps from vibrant sidewalk cafés, eclectic boutiques, and a thriving nightlife scene. Right across the street lies Forest Park, one of the nation’s premier urban parks spanning 1,300 acres, and just minutes away are cultural landmarks like the St. Louis Art Museum, The Muny, the Zoo, BJC Hospital, and Washington University.

First off, let me just say that I thought this would be thee perfect apartment complex for me, but it’s been a nightmare if I’m being so honest.
The apartment wasn’t cleaned or repaired before I moved in — the prior resident left all their nails, window decorations, scuffs, and other marks behind. On top of that, there are roaches and mice; I’ve trapped five mice in the five months I’ve lived here. It’s foul. Pest control and maintenance also arrive without prior notice. When you submit a request, in my experience, there’s no prior contact to schedule — they simply show up at your door.
The insulation is extremely thin — you can hear everything, and if you prefer to keep your apartment cool in the winter, the heat from surrounding units will inevitably seep into your space, making it nearly impossible.
Amenities are great, the neighbors are wonderful, and the front desk staff is so friendly & professional. Unfortunately, despite those positives, I cannot recommend living here.

Went to do a tour and their staff by far the worst I’ve experienced. They couldn’t be bothered to show us available units and the units they showed weren’t the ones we asked to see. Save yourself some time and energy and look elsewhere.
