The ladies in the leasing office are super helpful, and the maintenance staff are very responsive. Dominic immediately fixed all the problems in my apartment and he’s so friendly!

I have been a respectful resident of Hampton Gardens Apartments for over 5 years now and overall I have been pleased. However, as we all know some people with pets do not use all the available pet bags located in the dog park and litter as well. This has been addressed on E Mails, however, I do not think everyone reads their E-Mails and whether people do or not, this is not conducive to the fact, people should be considerate of all their neighbors. That being said, there is a definite parking problem on Suson Ct. which is a very nice street with people who try to do the right thing and have consideration for the most part for their neighbors. The reason I am posting is everyone on this street received a notice if they were parked on the yellow line for emergency vehicles surrounding the mailboxes would be towed without warning. This situation used to be a lot worse. However, my concern is with all the vehicles parked in parking spaces for the residents have expired tags and have been parked for months illegally. Why are these cars which are not legally licensed not notified their cars will be towed without notice. Lately and it is not often as of 10/22/2025 there was a notice sent, but there was no mention of the illegal cars with expired tags parked in spaces for quite sometime ,where people who may work nights have no where to park. Please identify the people with expired tags their cars will be towed. When I applied for residency at Hampton Gardens Apts. I was required to give my license plate number. My question and concern is for those who do no have legal tags and are not getting notices like other residents parking for months in spaces where a few people do not have the same opportunity to park in designated parking spaces. Please tow the cars without current license tags so the few people who do not have a space to park where they should be able to park. Thank you for your attention to this situation as Hampton Gardens is overall a nice place to live and each and every person should be considerent of one another. Living here should get better each and every day by just doing right and respecting each other. Thank you so much.

Jim Miller -- what a fantastic gentleman! Hampton Gardens is lucky to have this guy on board ... One A/c problem . Jim is here has the whole thing torn down and refurbished in 30 mins. The man is experienced. Running like a dream! Thanks so much, Jim. A real pleasure to meet. I love when God brings us together with wonderful people.
