Whenever there’s a work order or an inquiry regarding the lease, Teddi is always readily available and happy to assist. Rob in maintenance is a breath of fresh air and it shows he takes his job serious and loves what he does. Also, the location is prime as it is close to downtown and a short drive from 64/40 hwy.
- DMDennis MooreDec 17, 20245.0I've lived here for eleven years and don't want to leave. This building started out as a nunnery in the 1920s, got converted into a hotel, then to the apartments. Trust me, it's not your basic white box. They've refinished the original hardwood floors, added new wood when necessary and painted the walls a sort of soft gold. The management is good about keeping the place up and taking care of my problems. It's good.

The building manager seemed inconvenienced by me asking what units were available , what utilities were included, and if I could bring my puppy. None of my calls have been answered or returned. I will absolutely be renting elsewhere.
