Not only was I unable to view the apartment I would be getting before I signed, when I did I found black mold and it took them near a month to even come look at it. There is also a family of squirrels that live within my walls and ceiling that they have yet to take care of and the squirrels are very loud and keep me up atearly hours. Staff seems to not really care and has yet to send someone out here.

I want to clarify that the funds have been available in my savings account since October 9th, which is the account I selected for the direct debit when I completed my application. I check my account daily, and the payment has not been withdrawn. This leads me to believe that the debit may have been incorrectly attempted from my checking account instead of my savings. If this is the case, that error should not fall on me, as I specifically indicated that the payment should come from my savings account. What’s also concerning is that I was not contacted sooner regarding this issue. No email or phone call was made until today, which caused unnecessary confusion and delay. I called earlier this morning and was told to call back after 1 p.m. to speak with the manager, which I intend to do. I’m requesting that this matter be reviewed immediately and that my payment be processed correctly from the account I originally designated. Please confirm once this has been resolved or if additional information is needed from me. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
- HHHaileySep 12, 20251.0I would rather live in a cardboard box on the side of a freeway than to ever live in these overpriced, poorly put together apartments. Lived here for 2 years. In that time my apartment flooded twice, water was POURING out of the ceiling vents. They sent a company to dry our carpet and walls where I had to have LOUD industrial fans blowing for multiple days. After the second flood, the company said the entire wall and portion of the ceiling needed to be replaced. What did maintenance do? THEY JUST PAINTED OVER IT! If you have any issues it’ll take maintenance 1-2 months to even show up to put a band aid on it. These apartments are full of mold a neighboring apartment was covered for months I’m sure they just painted over that as well. If you value your health live literally anywhere else.

The incompetent office staff is never helpful, the cowardly management is never available to deal with anything. Maintenance takes months to fix anything, stairs and walkway to her unit were never salted and they were completely iced; and to top it all off, they have the audacity to raise the rent 300 dollars. This place is horrible.
