I moved from across the country site unseen, and because I arrived in the middle of the night they even left the keys in the apartment for me, the whole process was so smooth! Amy let the furniture delivery people in before I arrived, and put my amazon deliveries inside for me, they really go the extra mile! While they may be on the more expensive side you get a pass to the public pool for all on the lease (the pool has a lazy river) and there is even a Promenade Volleyball team they sponsor. 10/10 would recommend!
